The beautiful privately owned 2-bedroom Villa Alegre is situated just outside Denia on the Northern Costa Blanca on a peaceful upmarket development with superb views overlooking the sea, La Sella golf course and the Montgo nature reserve. It has a private 8x4m swimming pool and extensive sun terraces and is easily accessible from Alicante or Valencia airports - each about 80km (1 hour) drive away. A car is pretty much essential although there are good facilities within walking distance - eg bars, restaurants, tennis, golf and horse riding. There are 14kms of superb beaches within a 10 minute drive and the town of Denia which has many facilities including a high speed ferry service to Ibiza and Mallorca is also just 10 minutes from the villa. A 20 minute drive on the N7 motorway takes you to Benidorm with its terrific theme parks and night life. Driving inland for the same time will take you to traditional Spain, including the hill village of Guadalest, arguably the most beautiful in Spain.
